About the Role
The Campaign Activation Specialist supports the global Paid Media team by activating, monitoring, and reporting on digital campaigns across various regions, segments, and platforms in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage campaign intake, schedule briefing calls, and evaluate eligibility for paid support.
- Assist with strategy, budget allocation, KPI setting, and channel recommendations.
- Provide creative guidance on formats and review copy for compliance.
- Build and traffic LinkedIn campaigns, including UTM setup, QA, and performance forecasting.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Deliver reporting snapshots and performance updates.
- Maintain campaign trackers and distribute bi-monthly updates.
- Provide coordination support for global initiatives and premium placements.
- Manage monthly invoicing processes to ensure accurate cost attribution.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign activation, or paid media.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
