About the Role

This role supports the growth of digital and cross-platform revenue by developing and executing strategic digital and integrated campaigns. You will act as the local team’s digital subject-matter expert, providing recommendations on packaging, measurement, and performance to ensure campaigns deliver results and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with Account Managers and internal teams to recommend strategic digital and cross-platform campaigns based on client objectives.
  • Attend client meetings to advise on the role of digital within broader campaign strategy.
  • Support proposals, RFPs, and presentations by providing strategic recommendations, research, and packaging solutions.
  • Identify upselling and incremental revenue opportunities within local accounts.
  • Execute and steward digital campaigns from booking through completion, ensuring accurate setup, pacing, and delivery against KPIs.
  • Proactively review implementation to ensure successful execution.
  • Work closely with Ad Operations, Creative, Revenue Management, Product, and other partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and as sold.
  • Support consistent processes and best practices across teams.
  • Act as a digital expert for the local sales team, providing guidance on Corus digital products, packaging strategies, and best practices.
  • Support ongoing training and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide campaign reporting and insights, translating performance into clear recommendations, optimization strategies, and next steps that support renewals and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education (or equivalent experience) in marketing, broadcasting, journalism or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in digital advertising, digital strategy, or media planning, ideally within a client-facing or sales support role.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including video, display, mobile, and social.
  • Experience supporting campaign execution, including ad serving, targeting, and performance measurement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to clients and working cross-functionally.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and develop actionable insights.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across Sales, Ad Operations, Creative, and Product teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, AdBook, or Google Ad Manager is an asset.
