Lead the change management strategy for a high-priority enterprise transformation program, developing and executing the roadmap to prepare customers, field teams, and stakeholders for upcoming changes. Drive communication, stakeholder alignment, governance, and organizational readiness.

- Experience in leading change management strategy for enterprise transformation programs.
- Ability to work across Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Finance, GCO, and Operations.
- Experience in driving communication strategies, stakeholder alignment, governance, and organizational readiness.
