About the Role
Join Catholic Charities of Delaware, Otsego & Schoharie County as a Family Support Service Group Facilitator and contribute to making a positive impact in the community. This role offers endless opportunities to make a meaningful difference.
Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate monthly family/peer support groups including a meal or snack and an educational component.
- Accept and track referrals for the support groups from various human service providers and individuals/families who self-refer.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all support groups and outreach.
- Provide outreach regarding the Family Support Services support groups as approved by the Program Director.
- Submit monthly documentation of services to the Family Peer Advocate.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience working with diverse populations.
- VALID Driver's license, proof of current car registration and insurance.
- Access to a reliable, working vehicle.

- Monday - Friday 3-4 hours a day (18 hrs/week)
