About the Role

Lightspeed Systems is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive bookings and pipeline forecasting, analyze data, and provide operational support to sales, success, and marketing teams. This role is for a data-driven individual passionate about partnering with go-to-market teams to achieve business objectives and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reporting, forecasts, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for go-to-market and executive leadership teams.
  • Perform regular ad hoc analysis for various departments to guide business strategy.
  • Identify and implement system process automation and improvement opportunities to increase sales productivity and data accessibility.
  • Work across a global organization to ensure consistent reporting and operations.
  • Understand individual interactions with the Salesforce instance and write requirements to improve user experience.
  • Own data accuracy for all sales data across the organization.
  • Support the development and calculation of payment for sales and success team compensation plans.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in an analyst role, preferably sales operations at a SaaS company.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Ability to operate with high-energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
  • Ability to work independently to solve problems and collaborate with others.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive them to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the insight to identify, address, and collaboratively develop solutions.
  • Ability to perform complex analyses to identify trends and provide senior leadership with insightful business recommendations.
  • Strong accuracy and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with financial statements and revenue recognition is a plus.
