About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for.
  • Lead by example by checking the schedule, answering phones, following up on missed appointments, and delegating tasks.
  • Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
  • Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and ensure the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals.
  • Resolve member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch.
  • Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in gym or fitness studios.
  • Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
