About the Role

Join Catholic Charities of Delaware, Otsego, & Schoharie Counties as an Administrative Assistant and play a pivotal role in making a significant impact on individuals' lives and contributing to a brighter community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in fundraising projects by providing administrative support, including preparation of materials and attendance at meetings or events.
  • Maintain administrative server files, including board files, staff files, supervisor files, and funding-related files.
  • Create and respond to correspondence, sort mail, compose documents and letters, prepare reports, organize and maintain files, and prepare invoices and check requests.
  • Provide local Board support, including updating the board list, sending monthly board packets, filing meeting minutes, creating and updating board member files, and sending information to the Executive Office.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working with a diverse population.

Work Type

  • 25 hours a week, M - F

Experience Level

  • 3-5 years

Education Level

  • Associates Degree in Human Services, or related field.

Salary/Compensations

  • $20.00 / Hour
