About the Role

This position is responsible for managing daily operations of the apartment complex including resident satisfaction and retention, leasing management, resident move ins/outs, financial management, compliance, maintenance and maintaining marketing and leasing effectiveness. May supervise staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage customers and/or situations in an ethical and professional manner
• 2+ years management experience required
• Property management experience preferred
• Ability to use common office equipment
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required
• Knowledge of or ability to learn property management computer software such as Yardi
• Background and Drug Screen Required
