About the Role

Little Me Daycare is dedicated to enhancing early childhood education and childcare within our community. We seek passionate individuals to foster a nurturing environment for children's growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a variety of educational techniques, including storytelling and educational play.
• Encourage children's interaction and conflict resolution.
• Guide children in developing artistic and practical capabilities through a structured curriculum.
• Organize nap and lunch/snack times, ensuring children's safety.
• Track children's progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents.
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.

Requirements

• A love for children.
• Reliability and friendliness.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to use hands for fine motor skills, reach, talk, hear, and taste/smell.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, and kneel.

Experience Level

• At least one year of experience in a licensed early childhood center (if holding a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education).

Education Level

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or Child Development (or on a study plan).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
