About the Role

The Food & Merchandise Team Lead is responsible for managing a location and its staff, focusing on merchandise display, sales, guest relations, and equipment maintenance. This role involves overseeing the location's operations on event nights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits and monthly location inventory.
• Process employee time sheets.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service and staff adhere to high standards.
• Maintain a good understanding of products, services, systems, and practices.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of locations.
• Report personnel, maintenance, or merchandise issues to management.
• Process and replenish merchandise on the selling floor.
• Participate in receiving and monitoring merchandise flow.
• Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members.
• Adhere to appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or sports merchandising.
• Previous experience in training, cash handling, equipment operation, and management.
• Ability to process information/merchandise through the current computer register system (POS).
• Ability to communicate with all employees and guests.
• Must be able to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the respective merchandise store/stand.
• Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store.
• Able to walk and stand during the entire shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
