About the Role
The Ads Co-Marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to own and grow co-marketing opportunities with DoorDash's leading Enterprise Restaurant partners. You will be the day-to-day owner for a book of Restaurant Advertisers, managing the relationship, strategy, and execution to keep partners engaged and growing on DoorDash. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a fast-growing, global consumer brand through partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow marketing relationships with leading Enterprise Restaurant partners, serving as lead for co-marketing engagements including strategic planning, campaign execution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead the strategy and execution of integrated co-marketing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring operational rigor and organization for complex, multi-team campaigns.
- Apply a data-first mindset to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, delivering actionable readouts tied to success measures.
- Bring the restaurant advertiser's point of view into broader DoorDash Marketing conversations, shaping new co-marketing opportunities and supporting sales pitches.
- Manage campaign budgets, including spend tracking, pacing, and accrual preparation, to ensure efficient investment and strong ROI.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2C marketing experience at a consumer brand, tech company, media agency, or consultancy, with a mix of performance, retention, and consulting experience.
- Proven track record of owning marketing programs end-to-end, with hands-on experience across paid media platforms and CRM channels in a client- or partner-facing environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including market and segment sizing, forecasting, and using data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience partnering with sales or sales/marketing organizations.
- A creative, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable solving ambiguous problems and building solutions in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
- MBA is a plus.
- Restaurant industry experience is a plus.
