About the Role
As a casual teammate in our culinary and dining services, operations or administration teams, you will have the opportunity to utilize skills in exceptional customer service, team collaboration, adaptability and determination. You get paid to make a true difference while serving others and immersing yourself in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Works in stations to prepare and serve food
- Ensures that pots and pans are clean, dried and put away
- Ensures that the dish room is clean, including assisting with keeping the area clean throughout the working shift
- Washes tables and chairs in the dining area as needed
- Removes trash in dining areas when full and cleans dirty garbage cans before replacing with clean bags
- Replenishes napkins, silverware, and condiments when needed
- Cleans toaster and microwave areas when needed
- Assists with stocking of any items
- Follows FIFO rules, plan-o-grams, and par sheets, and other inventory rules as needed
- Has a general knowledge of, understands and follows health codes and policies
- Performs routine labor in various locations of the restaurants and cafes, which may include dish room, dining areas, retail shops, and stock rooms
Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
