About the Role
The Stripe Workplace team creates and operates inspiring, comfortable, and innovative spaces that bring Stripe’s culture and values to life. This role supports and builds food programs worldwide, managing food philosophy, safety standards, vendor management, and feedback systems. The position is strategically distributed across all regions but operates as one cohesive unit.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and document scalable, global "playbooks" for core operational functions.
- Ensure successful execution of global standards across a fluid portfolio of offices.
- Analyze user feedback and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage the relationship and performance of strategic food service partner(s).
- Serve as a strategic advisor for all new office builds and expansions.
- Lead program change by developing adoption plans, training, and communication strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of leadership experience building and scaling complex, customer-facing operations.
- Direct experience in concept development, multi-unit operations, or scaling a service-oriented business.
- Demonstrable experience managing a P&L and using data to drive business decisions.
