About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Atlassian Consultant to join our team at N26. This role is designed for an Atlassian technical expert who thrives in a high-growth, evolving FinTech landscape. You won't just be managing tools; you will be optimizing the way our entire organization collaborates. We are looking for a professional who enjoys conceptual ownership and has the autonomy to define the "how" and "why" behind a solution.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key partner to stakeholders, translating broad business objectives into sophisticated technical solutions within the Atlassian suite.
- Lead initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through to design, build, and global rollout, with full ownership of the delivery process.
- Proactively identify opportunities to modernize the Atlassian setup, detect friction points, and propose enhancements.
- Extend standard capabilities of Jira and Confluence through custom scripting (Scriptrunner/Groovy) and Atlassian APIs.
- Design and implement custom Jira configurations that are robust and flexible.
- Utilize advanced reporting and analytics to provide leadership with visibility into operational health and project progress.
- Act as a subject matter expert, coaching teams on best practices and ensuring internal documentation is a "gold standard" resource.
Requirements
- 5+ years (minimum 3+) of hands-on experience in Jira, JSM, and Confluence administration within enterprise environments.
- Comfortable working from high-level briefs and performing "discovery" to build a clear path forward.
- Experience in a regulated environment is a strong plus.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Deep expertise in Jira administration, workflow customization, stakeholder management, and best practices for scalable implementation across diverse teams.
