About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Atlassian Consultant to join our team at N26. This role is designed for an Atlassian technical expert who thrives in a high-growth, evolving FinTech landscape. You won't just be managing tools; you will be optimizing the way our entire organization collaborates. We are looking for a professional who enjoys conceptual ownership and has the autonomy to define the "how" and "why" behind a solution.

Responsibilities

Act as a key partner to stakeholders, translating broad business objectives into sophisticated technical solutions within the Atlassian suite.
Lead initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through to design, build, and global rollout, with full ownership of the delivery process.
Proactively identify opportunities to modernize the Atlassian setup, detect friction points, and propose enhancements.
Extend standard capabilities of Jira and Confluence through custom scripting (Scriptrunner/Groovy) and Atlassian APIs.
Design and implement custom Jira configurations that are robust and flexible.
Utilize advanced reporting and analytics to provide leadership with visibility into operational health and project progress.
Act as a subject matter expert, coaching teams on best practices and ensuring internal documentation is a "gold standard" resource.

Requirements

5+ years (minimum 3+) of hands-on experience in Jira, JSM, and Confluence administration within enterprise environments.
Comfortable working from high-level briefs and performing "discovery" to build a clear path forward.
Experience in a regulated environment is a strong plus.
Fluent English is a must.
Deep expertise in Jira administration, workflow customization, stakeholder management, and best practices for scalable implementation across diverse teams.
