About the Role
As a Department Supervisor, you will support sales and profit goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will ensure store operations align with legal requirements, company standards, and policies while leading your team to meet customer and colleague expectations.
Responsibilities
- Support the total OMNI customer experience through visual and commercial curation.
- Represent the brand positively during customer interactions.
- Identify commercial opportunities and act on them in collaboration with the Department Manager.
- Ensure active promotion and selling of products by the team.
- Promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
- Manage fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle administrative routines for people and operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, and influencers.
- Provide product and fashion knowledge to customers.
- Share knowledge and skills with the store team.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser team.
- Facilitate feedback loops with colleagues to support development.
- Communicate regularly with store colleagues through meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all procedures, routines, and legal requirements.
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure high-quality visual and commercial product presentation.
- Manage stock levels and provide input on allocation.
- Oversee the full garment cycle from delivery to presentation.
- Utilize and maintain in-store OMNI services and technology tools.
- Manage price sign maintenance according to global and local strategies.
- Maintain back-of-house areas including health and safety standards.
- Perform daily store opening and closing procedures.
