About the Role

Drive the adoption and sales of RFA platforms within a designated territory, overseeing the entire sales cycle, fostering stakeholder relationships, and championing the clinical and commercial success of Hologic RFA technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop executive-level partnerships.
  • Lead value-based consultative sales efforts.
  • Manage complex capital sales processes, including contract negotiations.

  • Expand utilization among new and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of medical device technologies, clinical workflows, and the healthcare sales environment.
  • Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes, reimbursement models, and relevant healthcare regulations.
  • In-depth familiarity with the Sonata® and Acessa procedures, including technical features, clinical benefits, and procedural best practices.
  • Understanding of patient selection criteria and safety protocols associated with radiofrequency ablation (RFA) systems.
  • Knowledge of the full sales cycle, including value-based selling, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
  • Awareness of market trends, competitive products, and evolving dynamics within women’s health and surgical device markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop new business, and consistently close sales opportunities.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and capital equipment sales within complex healthcare environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with physicians, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and clinical value messaging.
  • Effective negotiation skills and ability to manage complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market feedback, and performance metrics to prioritize opportunities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering clinical and economic value.
  • Results-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding performance goals.
  • Proactive and self-directed, able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
  • Operating Room (OR) sales experience preferred.
  • 3–5 years of successful medical device sales experience, ideally within gynecology or in fast-paced, early-stage commercial environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive healthcare markets.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and presentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driving license and driving record satisfactory to the Company.
  • Serviceable vehicle available for work use is mandatory.
  • Must be willing to stay overnight up to 3 nights a week.
  • Speaking both English and French will be a requirement depending on the location of the territory.

Salary/Compensations

  • 85,000 - 105,000 CAD (base salary and commission plan combination)
