About the Role

This role is part of the Graduate Development Program (GDP) supporting top clients for Turner & Townsend across the U.S. The program provides recent graduates with less than two years of industry experience opportunities to develop their careers and gain exposure to specialized services, aiming for successful consultant roles upon program completion. The Digital track offers a chance to work as a Digital Construction Project Analyst on various service areas with clients across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities

Gather, process, and analyze data from various sources to support construction project management and decision-making.
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to transform unstructured data and present it informatively.
Apply knowledge of data cleansing, ETL processes, database design, application, and visualization tools.
Engage with clients to gather requirements and present findings clearly.
Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports, presenting data insights to stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks and data governance practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on new reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
Support workshops with stakeholders, defining business processes, project managing roll-outs, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Requirements

Possess and be able to evidence excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passionate about the built environment and the construction industry (infrastructure, real estate, energy & natural resources).
