About the Role

The Turner & Townsend Graduate Development Program (GDP) is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Digital Construction Project Analyst. This program offers recent graduates with less than two years of industry experience opportunities to develop their careers and gain exposure to specialized services, aiming to become successful consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, process, and analyze data from various sources to support construction project management and decision-making.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to transform unstructured data and present it informatively.
  • Apply knowledge of data cleansing, ETL processes, database design, application, and visualization tools.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and present findings clearly.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports, presenting data insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks and data governance practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
  • Support workshops with stakeholders, defining business processes, products, and service improvements.
  • Project manage the roll-out of products/processes/services and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
