About the Role

The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a two-year initiative designed for recent graduates to develop into successful consultants. As a Digital Construction Project Analyst, you will work across various service areas including Digital Advisory, Data Analytics, and BIM, supporting clients in sectors such as infrastructure, real estate, and energy.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, process, and analyze data from various sources to support construction project management.
  • Transform unstructured data into informative insights using analytical techniques.
  • Apply knowledge of data cleansing, ETL processes, database design, and visualization tools.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and present findings.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through quality checks and governance practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on data tools and reports.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
