Oversee the day-to-day operation of the floor, leading the team to deliver consistently outstanding levels of service for members, guests, and event attendees. Create a welcoming atmosphere through seamless service in the restaurant, support for private events, and genuine hospitality.

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role.
• Positive, outgoing, and upbeat demeanor.

• Ability to get to know members by name.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Adapt to working across the main restaurant, roof terrace, and event space.
• Commit to a range of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.
