About the Role
As a Sales Consultant at Mattress Warehouse, you will leverage our exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to help customers find their perfect mattress, transforming their sleep quality and satisfaction. You will confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products using our proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing exceptional service to customers.
- Sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing a tried and proven selling process.
- Utilize a cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system (bedMatch) to guide customers.
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience.
- Focus on improving customers' lives through sleep solutions.
- Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants needed.
- Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to reset the showroom floor.
- A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
