About the Role

To deliver defined aspects of holistic care to the client guided by individualised care plans and HFH Healthcare policies. To create and maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere in which clients can achieve their goals through clear communication and teamwork. To mentor new members of the care team in all aspects of client specific care and supervise and delegate tasks to double up staff.

  • Support client with smoking in a safe manner.
