About the Role

Telematics infrastructure is one of the most technically demanding and rare specializations in German IT, and you can learn it from scratch here. Experienced colleagues, a structured onboarding plan, and real cases from day one: no learning for the sake of learning, but depth through practice. You come from technical support or system administration and want more than just ticket processing. With us, you will gradually grow into firewall configuration, TI components, and network architectures — with a clear perspective for more responsibility.

Responsibilities

Take over escalated tickets from support and solve them independently with growing depth.
Configure, update, and check firewalls (Securepoint, LANCOM, or similar) remotely for security vulnerabilities.
Manage TI components — connectors, card readers, VPN — for complex disruptions and new installations.
Diagnose and permanently resolve network problems (VLAN, Routing, NAT).
Document solutions in NetSuite and transfer them into technical instructions.
Actively shape internal processes and escalation paths.

Requirements

Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist system integration) or comparable practical experience.
1-2 years of experience in technical support or system administration.
Basic knowledge of firewalls, network protocols, and security concepts.
Understanding of VLAN, VPN, Routing, NAT — depth comes with us.
Very good German language skills (C1) — essential in critical customer situations.
Residence in Berlin or concrete relocation intention.
