Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality instruction tailored to individual student needs.
- Utilize diverse teaching strategies and digital tools to foster an engaging learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide targeted, constructive feedback.
- Plan and execute clear course schedules and assessment timelines.
- Conduct professional, interactive live sessions using online resources.
- Set relevant homework and design assessments to encourage student growth.
- Develop educational materials, tests, and exams for the resource library.
- Manage the online classroom on Canvas, ensuring organization of assignments and assessments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the subject area.
- Exceptional communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and staff.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of AP/US Diploma Curricula.
- Availability to teach 3 hours per week within specified EDT time slots.
