About the Role

Crimson Global Academy is seeking passionate educators to join our accredited online private high school. You will deliver high-quality, personalized instruction to ambitious students from over 30 countries, helping them prepare for top universities in the US and UK through our Da Vinci Programme.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality instruction tailored to individual student needs.
• Utilize diverse teaching strategies and digital tools to foster an engaging learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide targeted, constructive feedback.
• Plan and execute clear course schedules and assessment timelines.
• Conduct professional, interactive live sessions using online resources.
• Set relevant homework and design assessments to encourage student growth.
• Develop educational materials, tests, and exams for the resource library.
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, ensuring organization of assignments and assessments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in the subject area.
• Exceptional communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and staff.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AP/US Diploma Curricula.
• Availability to teach 3 hours per week within specified EDT time slots.
