About the Role

Indera formerly known as ARISE is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a young lady 18 years old in the Syracuse, NY area. The DSP will assist her in navigating the community, developing independent living skills, and encouraging her to try new hobbies and activities, while also helping to increase her physical fitness. We are looking for dedicated, open-minded, energetic, and respectful staff.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license
Effective communication and organizational skills required
Flexibility with assignments and schedule required
Reliable transportation to arrive at the job site at the scheduled time
Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy
Background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be completed prior to hire
