About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, communicate concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, financial institution policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the financial institution, surrounding property, parking areas, and perimeter.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns.
  • Document patrol activity and incidents through clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate concerns to designated personnel and/or emergency responders.

Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
