About the Role
Envoy Air, an American Airlines Group Company, is hiring immediately for Customer Service Agents at ROC. Responsibilities
- Create a positive start to a passenger's trip by greeting them and providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
- Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
- Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Lift customers' bags onto the belt.
Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must possess at least one form of TSA-acceptable identification for business travel purposes.
