About the Role
Execute a variety of production tasks within production lines, primarily at designated workstations. Handle and store goods and raw materials, set up production equipment, and ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain production areas and equipment
- Perform manufacturing tasks as scheduled by the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system
- Perform operations within alignment of the work instructions
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process
- Identify parts
- Promptly report any deviations or quality concerns to the Team Lead
- Pack finished vehicles and/or parts for shipment
- Complete tally sheets when required
- Adhere to 5S, ESD and EHS regulations
- Perform self-inspections
- Maintain special process qualifications as required
- Perform all assembly tasks and other manufacturing requirements as instructed
- Support various production activities beyond key responsibilities when necessary
Requirements
- Special process certification required: Torquing (all operators)
- Special process certification required: Crimping (electrical)
- Special process certification required: Sealant (only trained and certified)
- Special process certification required: Riveting (only trained and certified)
- Two years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- A strong commitment to quality, effective teamwork, and clear communication are essential
- Proficiency in the local language is important for daily operations and collaboration
