About the Role
The Levi’s® Tailor Shop offers customers the unique opportunity to customize, personalize, and repair Levi’s® products, building on the brand's craftsman heritage. Tailors provide services ranging from altering denim length to personalizing jackets with patches or studs.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements for customizing products and taking measurements for alterations.
- Support the shop floor team with sales and customer service after tailoring duties.
- Deliver excellent customer service, including scheduling and coordinating appointments.
- Communicate effectively with other Tailors, Sales Stylists, and Store Management for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous tailoring experience.
- Previous retail experience is ideal.
- Ability to sew and stitch to a high standard.
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Ability to offer exceptional customer service while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
