About the Role

We are building a Canada-wide talent pipeline of experienced Project Managers to support current and upcoming healthcare IT and digital transformation initiatives. This includes enterprise system implementations, ERP programs, interoperability initiatives, and large-scale clinical application deployments across hospitals and regional healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end project delivery from planning through execution and closure
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
  • Managing project scope, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executive leadership and steering committees
  • Driving project communication plans, status reporting, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Leading issue resolution, change management, and escalation processes
  • Supporting ERP and healthcare system implementations, upgrades, or optimizations
  • Ensuring successful client onboarding, adoption, and project transition
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and client value expansion

Requirements

  • Strong background in healthcare IT and enterprise system delivery
  • Experience in hospital or health system IT projects
  • Experience in ERP implementations (including finance, HR, or supply chain systems)
  • Experience in clinical or operational system deployments
  • Experience in interoperability and integration initiatives
  • Full project lifecycle delivery within complex healthcare environments
  • Proven experience delivering medium to large healthcare IT or hospital information system projects
  • Experience with ERP systems, clinical applications, or interoperability solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with executive leaders and steering committees
  • Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
