About the Role
The Visitation Check-In Representative is responsible for checking in patients and visitors using the visitor management system at designated entrance posts. This role requires knowledge of hospital units and locations, staying updated on visitation policies, and engaging with patients and visitors calmly and respectfully, regardless of their demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Checking in patients and visitors into the visitor management system at designated entrance posts.
- Maintaining knowledge of different units and locations throughout the hospital.
- Staying up to date with current visitation policies.
- Engaging patients and visitors in a calm, respectful manner, regardless of their tone or attitude.
Requirements
