About the Role

The role holder will collaborate within the Global InfoSec GRC team and across other GISEC pillars to support 3rd party security scorecard monitoring and risk analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the Cyber security training and awareness initiatives across the organisation.
• Support the ongoing monitoring and tracking of CHANEL’s 3rd party supplier security scorecard, reporting, data analytics and remediation activities.
• Support the roll-out, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the risk management / GRC application.
• Support the 3rd party assurance process and assessments in line with agreed processes.
• Co-ordinate the documentation of all GISEC owned common processes and maintain the repository of process documentation.
• Collaborate with other InfoSec pillars to ensure InfoSec is seen as a partner to endeavors and goals.

Requirements

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Information Technology, Computer Science or Data Analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated and directed with ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude, professional demeanour with excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate concisely with both functional and technical expert.
• Ability to work autonomously when required.
• Customer oriented.
• Excellent English and oral communication skills.
• Regional languages also desirable but not mandatory (e.g. French).
