About the Role

The Managing Director is responsible for driving new business generation in Northern California and selling the REMS service line to internal and external clients. This role collaborates with the Regional Managing Director to improve operational performance, service excellence, and alignment with brokerage partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new business development strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of business unit goals and objectives.
  • Price business in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Sell the REMS platform to internal counterparts and external clients.
  • Understand the REMS platform and facilitate the transition of new accounts.
  • Execute special projects and reports as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate or property management.
  • Extensive business development experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, primarily local.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • No visa sponsorship provided.
