About the Role

Swarovski is seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to drive sales and implement a sustainable growth strategy with wholesale accounts. This role focuses on maintaining relationships with existing accounts (80%) and developing new business opportunities (20%).

Responsibilities

  • Foster ongoing dialogue with accounts (multi-chain retailers, online, independent retailers) and gain access to key decision makers.
  • Understand customer business goals to establish long-term relationships and create brand advocates.
  • Support customers through delivery and implementation processes.
  • Conduct effective success reviews with customers, including regular national store visits.
  • Take accountability for revenue growth, budgets, and forecast accuracy.
  • Drive new business conversions and apply commercial thinking to margins and pricing.
  • Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to help accounts achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Seek new business opportunities and customers aligned with the wholesale strategy to maintain a full pipeline.
  • Assess the potential value of new and existing accounts and systematically convert potential into sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, ideally within jewellery & accessories.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and influence abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proactive, energetic, and hands-on working attitude.
  • Working knowledge of Excel.
  • Previous experience in SAP is considered an advantage.
