This customer-focused role involves working independently and as part of a team to positively impact customers' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively identifying and resolving service issues.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer assistance with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling various payment methods while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and performing inventory management.
• Support opening and closing store activities.
• Provide customer support to all departments, ensuring they are stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel, with opportunities to work in the pharmacy for growth.
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods.
• Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly to move objects, including overhead.
• Visual acuity for close-up activities such as viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts.
