Responsibilities
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care, and actively identifying and resolving potential service issues.
- Focus on the customer by offering a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items.
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling transactions with precision while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory management tasks.
- Support opening and closing store activities.
- Provide customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
- Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods.
- Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly to move objects, including overhead.
- Close visual acuity for activities such as viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts.
