About the Role
Baker Tilly's NetSuite Solutions practice is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive net-new pipeline creation. - Build a repeatable rhythm for internal referrals to create a predictable channel.
- Align with Oracle NetSuite field sales, understanding deal registration and co-sell motions.
- Bring NetSuite AEs into deals where a joint pursuit wins and act as their implementation partner of choice.
- Conduct first meetings and discovery conversations to a defined qualification standard.
- Partner with Solution Consultants, delivery leaders, and practice leadership on demos, scoping, and proposals.
- Establish credibility with finance and operations executives.
- Maintain accurate and current CRM data for activity, opportunity, and forecast reporting.
- Provide accurate commit and upside calls for forecasting.
- Utilize AI-driven business development tools for prospect research, scoring, outreach, and proposal generation.
Requirements

- Experience selling technology, software/SaaS, or professional services into the mid-market.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from a cold start.
- Comfort selling to finance and operations executives.
- CRM discipline (Salesforce, NetSuite CRM, or similar).
- Willingness to travel (roughly 25–40%) for prospect meetings, internal office visits, and industry events.
- ERP experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable mid-market platform).
- Experience working within or selling alongside a channel/alliance partner ecosystem.
