About the Role
The Customer Support sector is responsible for the installation, qualification, maintenance, and continuous improvement of systems at customer locations. This role serves as a critical interface between customers and ASML worldwide competency centers to ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite product application support to customer engineering and process teams.
- Develop strong technical relationships with direct customer interfaces.
- Resolve on-product issues by providing clear problem statements, solution spaces, and supporting data.
- Identify potential application product opportunities and manage customer evaluations efficiently.
- Conduct data analysis to draw accurate conclusions from experimental data and report results.
- Participate in or lead projects supporting new technology nodes.
- Draft Statements of Work and define technical specifications and timelines with stakeholders.
- Prepare technical presentations and maintain clear documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct onsite training or coordinate requested training sessions for customers.
- Provide weekly reporting and tracking of customer engagement status.
Requirements
- Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics, or Physical Sciences.
- Background in an IC manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong emphasis on lithography production processes and solutions preferred.
