About the Role

Flywheel is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive sales growth in North America and EMEA for their Enterprise segment. This role focuses on lead generation and pipeline growth through proactive outreach and collaboration with the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and pipeline growth for a specific territory of targeted brands.
  • Collate relevant and compelling insights to target different personas for high conversion rates.
  • Actively prospect Tier 1 brands daily to develop a qualified new business pipeline.
  • Maintain existing communication streams and lead development.
  • Manage the initial part of the sales cycle, coordinating discovery calls for Directors.
  • Utilize creative outreach methods via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Directors for a smooth transition.
  • Engage executives at different levels of the organization.
  • Manage multiple ongoing campaigns while providing high-quality service.
  • Promote networking events for Flywheel solutions and identify potential future clients.
  • Work with multiple teams including marketing, sales, customer growth, and new business.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by staying informed on industry news and engaging in conversations on LinkedIn.
  • Build brand awareness and generate meaningful conversation in the industry via LinkedIn.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience selling mid-market to enterprise solutions into large companies.
  • Comfortable having conversations with various stakeholders and leaders.
  • Adaptable with ongoing projects, outreach, and business needs.
  • Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-Level leadership or senior executives.
  • Highly motivated with a hunter mentality.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to efficiently prioritize and execute projects with quality.
  • Strong communication skills, naturally curious, and genuinely care about client outcomes.
  • Experience managing external relationships to meet mutually beneficial goals.
  • Solution-oriented and thrives in ambiguity.
  • Ability to analyze dashboards and utilize spreadsheets with mastery of basic Excel formulas and pivot tables.
  • Bias for action with a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Strong sense of ownership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Team player with a genuine desire to contribute to the team's success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration.
