About the Role
This role is for a Delivery Driver at Aaron's, an industry leader in the sales and lease-to-own retail sector. It offers a career path with opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and benefits in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and protect merchandise
- Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle
- Assist in store operations as needed
- Support the store by moving, installing, and picking up merchandise
- Interact with customers and community members
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old (18 in Canada)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly
- Able to work in various outdoor weather conditions
- Possess a valid driver's license (CDL not required)
- No overnight travel required
