About the Role

We are looking for reliable tradespeople and journeymen (m/f/d) from the fields of tiling, carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, or comparable finishing trades to strengthen our team. You will work in our own residential and commercial properties. The focus of your activity is the maintenance and repair of our property portfolio. You will also support modernization, renovation, and refurbishment measures on a project basis, especially in preparing vacant apartments.

Perform maintenance and repair work according to your qualifications

Perform work in your trade professionally
Support in preparing vacant apartments
Carry out minor repair work in the property portfolio
Transport materials using the company vehicle
Collaborate within a fixed team of tradespeople

Requirements

Completed vocational training, e.g., as a painter and varnisher, tiler, carpenter, SHK mechanic, drywall installer (each m/f/d) or comparable qualification
Alternatively, several years of practical professional experience in the finishing, renovation, or maintenance sector
Independent, careful, and reliable way of working
Teamwork skills and manual dexterity
Friendly demeanor towards tenants, colleagues, and service providers
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
Driver's license class B
