- Order acceptance with customer contact

- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices, dunning, and deadline monitoring
- Conducting economic evaluations of orders, workstations, and departments
- Updating calculation documents and price lists
- Ensuring smooth operations in our order entry department
- Handling various daily tasks
- Performing diverse tasks with our user-friendly ERP system TaxMetall
- Potentially assisting other colleagues in administration
