About the Role
Join the founding team at Lightbox Health Club, a premium boutique health club opening in Ravenscourt Park. As a founding instructor, you'll play an important role in shaping our Pilates offering and building a loyal member community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional group Reformer Pilates classes.
- Create a welcoming, motivating and inclusive environment.
- Coach safely and confidently across a range of abilities.
- Inspire members to progress through consistent, high-quality coaching.
- Deliver thoughtfully programmed classes while contributing ideas to help evolve the Pilates experience at Lightbox.
- Help create a premium studio experience that members look forward to every week.
- Represent the Lightbox brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements
- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor.
- Experience delivering high-quality group Reformer classes.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Strong understanding of movement quality, technique and progression.
- Positive, energetic and professional approach.
- Passion for helping people move and feel better.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering an exceptional member experience.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as part of a rotating timetable.
