About the Role
Chapter 2 is seeking a Recruitment Sourcer to join an embedded team supporting a fast-scaling fintech and payments company. This role is crucial for identifying, engaging, and nurturing exceptional candidates to build the talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across technical, commercial, and operational functions
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market mapping
- Craft compelling outreach that cuts through the noise and reflects the company's brand
- Screen and assess candidates at the initial stage, delivering a high-quality shortlist
- Track sourcing metrics and provide insight on market trends and talent availability
- Collaborate closely with the wider TA team to refine approaches and share best practice
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, either in-house or agency
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and a range of sourcing tools and techniques
- Experience hiring within fintech, payments, financial services, or a similarly fast-paced sector is a strong advantage
- Strong written communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in an embedded or client-facing environment
- Curious about talent markets and motivated by finding people others can't
