About the Role

Excell Marketing is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Retail Account Merchandiser to create exceptional shopping experiences and ensure products are displayed at their best. This role involves independent work, staying active, and seeing direct results.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service visits at multiple retail locations each day
• Unpack, stock, and merchandise products according to company planograms
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays
• Ensure merchandise is properly labeled and priced
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with store management and receiving personnel
• Communicate regularly with management and field service teams through phone, email, text, and video calls
• Represent Excell Marketing with professionalism and attention to detail

Requirements

• Reliable transportation is required to travel to all assigned retail locations within a 75-mile radius
• Mileage is reimbursed for employees driving themselves in their own vehicle
• Travel time is paid to and from all service stops (door to door)
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and adequate insurance coverage
• Required insurance coverage: $100,000 for bodily injury per person, $300,000 for total bodily injury per accident, and $100,000 for property damage per accident
• Personal smartphone with an active service plan
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency, including downloading and using company applications, connecting to Wi-Fi, completing reports, uploading/downloading documents, using email and two-factor authentication, and using texting, phone, and video calls
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor when interacting with coworkers, store personnel, and customers
• Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. independently onto a cart frequently
• Perform team lifts for items over 50 lbs. as needed
• Frequent bending and stooping
• Occasional kneeling or crawling to access lower shelves
• Use of a small step stool (no more than two steps) to reach higher shelving
• Standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Fine motor skills (such as applying pricing labels, hanging up pegged items, placing signage and other small fixtures)
• Employees are prohibited from purchasing Excell products from any Excell-serviced retailer directly or indirectly
