About the Role

This role is central to stewarding partnerships with organizations and leaders who shape a better future. It offers a genuine opportunity to author the role as you grow, with significant exposure and growth potential within the organization. It is a relationships-focused position within the Institute’s Practice, serving as the point of contact for partners across business, government, and civil society. The role involves translating trusted relationships into new opportunities and impactful interventions for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Owning and developing a partner portfolio
• Designing and delivering leadership interventions
• Driving commercial growth and building a pipeline
• Build deep contextual understanding of each partner's challenges and strategic focus
• Act as the champion for partners within FI, managing partnership health, opportunities, and risks
• Grow relationships in impact and value over time
• Coordinate the delivery of bespoke offerings alongside Principals, Directors, and expert contributors
• Support critical moments with executive teams
• Learn how to shape advice for powerful leaders
• Take increasing ownership of design for tangible leadership interventions
• Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities
• Write proposals and prepare pitches
• Expand the network with ambition and impact
• Convert trust into opportunity in a natural, non-transactional way
• Help grow the impact of the Practice with commercial discipline
