About the Role
The Commercial Quality (CQ) Professional supports the execution and continuous improvement of quality processes within the QARA International organization. This role maintains an effective Quality Management System (QMS) and ensures compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements to protect patient safety and business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Support the documentation, maintenance, and execution of Commercial Quality processes and work instructions.
- Maintain accurate and compliant quality documentation, including SOPs, reports, and training records.
- Administer and monitor quality system changes, including Change Controls.
- Support quality risk management activities, including assessments and mitigation actions.
- Maintain and implement internal quality standards and external regulations.
- Manage and improve electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) elements.
- Assist with internal and external audits, supplier management, and health authority inspections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.
- Contribute to quality metrics, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
- Apply DePuy Synthes quality principles and Credo values in daily activities.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, or a regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of quality management systems and documentation practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and support continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Life Sciences, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline.
- Dedicated change management background.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to travel on a limited basis.
