About the Role

We are seeking a Vehicle Trolley Collection Team Member to ensure our stores provide a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.

Responsibilities

• Driving a Coles Services company vehicle around the carpark and local area, collecting trolleys and returning them to in-store trolley bays.
• Completing a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
• Using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors in store areas, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
• Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.

Requirements

• A full unrestricted Australian driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, autonomously and in a group.
• Commitment to providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
• A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
• Passion for working safely and abiding by Coles Safe work practices.
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
• Physical ability to be active, constantly on the go, and perform moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, and pushing.
• Availability to work flexible hours across store trading days, including weekends, with shifts available between 5 am and 11 pm, 7 days a week.
