About the Role
Join our FinTech Engineering team to lead the delivery of loan origination architecture, compliance systems, and pricing platforms. You will spearhead backend engineering teams through greenfield and legacy projects, owning the full software lifecycle while driving architectural direction and fostering team growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of backend engineers through greenfield and legacy projects
- Own the full software lifecycle from design ideation through production and decommissioning
- Set architectural direction for the platform
- Partner with Product Managers on roadmap planning and prioritization
- Serve as a servant leader to coach and enable engineers
- Ensure high-quality software delivery using DevOps practices
Requirements
- Strong hands-on background in C#/.NET backend development
- Proven experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and microservice development
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a collaborative environment
- Ability to set technical direction and provide architectural guidance
- Experience collaborating with Product teams to shape roadmaps
