About the Role

Teya is building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe, focusing on simple tools, thoughtful design, and real human support. This role is crucial for owning the customer onboarding journey, transforming signed merchants into active Teya members and driving key activation metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey within the Sales Platform, from offer acceptance through to an activated, transacting member.
  • Drive first-pass approval rate by reducing document friction and rework, and decreasing manual escalation.
  • Own the roadmap and data for the onboarding funnel, identifying leaks, building business cases, prioritizing, and reporting on progress.
  • Utilize AI as a core part of the workflow, building and using reusable skills and automations to identify drop-offs and accelerate processes.

Requirements

  • Experience building funnel dashboards in product analytics tools like Amplitude, defining event taxonomy and posing specific questions.
  • Proven ability to own a funnel, move a metric, and articulate successes and failures.
  • Comfortable pulling data using SQL or self-serve tools and translating it into actionable decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Risk, Engineering, Design, and Sales teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercial literacy to connect funnel improvements to revenue.
  • Ability to simplify complex requirements to first principles and iterate on solutions.
